Claire Danes and Ewan McGregor’s Upcoming Film ‘The Spot’ Starts Shooting in January 2026

The Empire State will soon witness the arrival of Clair Danes and Ewan McGregor, who will be working together on the project. The reason for this is the selection of New York as the production site for ‘The Spot,’ an upcoming thriller series of Hulu with the two stars. Principal photography will be conducted from January 12 to May 21, 2026. Ed Solomon is the mastermind, scribe, and overall head of the show. Ariel Kleiman is the chosen one to direct it.

The story centers on a well-regarded surgeon (Danes) and her teacher husband (McGregor), who come to believe that she may bear some measure of responsibility for the hit-and-run death of a child.
